Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you apply for a direct-hire opportunity, request recruiting services, contact us, or use our website. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- name, email address, telephone number, preferred location, and communication preferences;
- professional information such as role, work experience, availability, certifications, license status, license number, and license expiration date;
- résumé or professional-profile information you authorize us to present to prospective employers;
- employer contact details, facility information, hiring needs, schedules, and role requirements; and
- technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and website interactions collected through hosting, security, and analytics tools.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential matches, verify applicable licenses and credentials, present authorized candidate profiles to prospective employers, support direct-hire recruiting, maintain recruiting and business records, improve the website, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable law.
When we share information
We may share information with prospective employers when a candidate has authorized résumé and professional-profile sharing. We also use service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and our recruiting records, including Vercel, Resend, Google Analytics, and Google Sheets. These providers may process information for us under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets. We do not sell personal information. Phone and SMS consent is not shared with third parties for their independent marketing.
Calls, texts, and email
If you consent to communications, FirstCall may contact you about matching opportunities or direct-hire placement services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent by replying STOP to a text, telling us during a call, or emailing us. Withdrawing communication consent does not affect processing already completed or communications required by law.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, business, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, security, and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw résumé-sharing or communication authorization, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
