Direct-hire recruiting services
FirstCall provides direct-hire recruiting and candidate-introduction services. FirstCall is not the employer of candidates introduced through the service. The hiring organization makes all hiring decisions and is responsible for onboarding, employment eligibility, compliance review, payroll, scheduling, supervision, workplace conditions, compensation, and benefits.
No guarantee
Submitting an application or hiring request does not guarantee an interview, candidate introduction, job offer, hire, placement timeline, compensation level, or continued employment. Matching depends on active employer needs, candidate qualifications, location, availability, and other role-specific factors.
Accuracy and permitted use
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update material changes. You may not impersonate another person, submit information without authority, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
Candidate information and authorization
Candidates control whether FirstCall may present their résumé and professional profile to prospective employers. When you provide that authorization, you permit FirstCall to share relevant professional information for matching and hiring consideration. You may withdraw authorization for future sharing by contacting us, subject to information already shared and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Placement fees
Placement fees are paid by employers, not candidates. Published pricing is a general range. Your exact one-time placement fee is confirmed before recruiting begins and may be governed by a separate written agreement.
Communications
If you consent to phone, SMS, or email communications, FirstCall may contact you about the inquiry, matching opportunities, or recruiting services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent by replying STOP to a text or contacting us.
Third-party services and links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, software, or resources. FirstCall does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
Intellectual property
The website design, text, graphics, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to FirstCall or ASILI LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal or legitimate business evaluation of FirstCall services.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstCall disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use.
